Chinese lens manufacturer Phenix Optics opens subsidiary in Germany
The Chinese lens manufacturer Phenix Optics has founded a subsidiary in Baiersdorf near Erlangen. In the course of this the company appointed Renata Specht as Senior Product Consultant. Since August 2020, she has been responsible for the business units CCTV, machine vision, infrared and microscopy. She brings with her many years of experience in the optical industry and in international management.
Phenix Optics Co, Ltd. was founded in 1965 and is one of the well-known optical manufacturers in China. Over the years, the company has gradually developed into a supplier of complete solutions for lenses, lens elements, photoelectronic modules and scientific instruments.
The listed Chinese optics company looks back on more than 20 years of cooperation with German partners in the photonics industry. With the newly opened European subsidiary in Baiersdorf, Phenix Optics offers a competence center based in Europe.
