Change in management at 3D sensor manufacturer Smartray
SmartRay, manufacturer of 3D sensors for quality inspection and measurement, appoints Ettore Cucchetti as Managing Director. With immediate effect, he is responsible for the company's sales, marketing and product management.
Since the beginning of his 30-year career as sales manager for SLII Machinery in the USA, he has worked for several well-known global companies, including Cognex in Europe and Asia, Preci-Dip in Switzerland and Isra Vision in Germany. Before joining Smarttay, he was CEO of ACG Inspection Systems in India.
At Smartray, he will now be responsible for driving international growth, with a particular focus on the electronics, automotive and new energy sectors, as well as markets in the US and Asia. He will also be responsible for the continued development of the 3D sensor portfolio.
