CFO leaves Jenoptik
Chief Financial Officer Hans-Dieter Schumacher (58) has informed the Supervisory Board that, for personal reasons, he will not be available for another term after his current Management Board contract expires in March 2023.
Hans-Dieter Schumacher joined Jenoptik AG on April 1, 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. From 2011 to 2015 he was CFO of the listed HOMAG Group AG and from 2003 to 2010 CFO of the building materials manufacturer Sto AG. After eight successful years at Jenoptik, he would like to take on new tasks outside of the Jenoptik Group.
