Baumer acquires force sensor specialist

X-Sensors has been developing sensors for leading OEMs in special applications for 25 years. According to a company spokesperson, the acquisition will enable Baumer to expand its portfolio and increase its innovative strength by combining the development teams.

Customers will continue to be served through existing channels, while the X-Sensors product range will be integrated into the Baumer portfolio in the medium term.
