Basler acquires stake in Alpha TechSys

The company is expanding its direct business in the growth market of India through a strategic investment.

This investment will enable Basler to expand its direct business in India and operate under the name Basler India in the future. The remaining 24 percent will remain with the founder and managing director Harshal Pore, with an option for a full takeover.

Hardy Mehl, CCO/COO of Basler, and Harshal Pore emphasize the strategic importance of this partnership: "India is a fast-growing market in which we are positioning ourselves early and customer-centric.
