AMS Technologies reorganizes management team

In addition to distribution, the company plans to focus more on system integration, customized solutions, and contract manufacturing.

AMS Technologies has restructured its management team. Dr. Maik Frede, who has been part of the team since the acquisition of neoLASE GmbH, will develop customer-specific solutions as Vice President Engineering. Michael Lee will take over sales from Klaus Maier and drive sales growth. Christoph Schelzke will optimize internal processes as Vice President Operations and focus on topics such as ESG.

Tomasz Stefańczyk, previously Head of Engineering, will drive digitalization forward as Director of Digital Transformation. The management team reports to the Executive Board members Jan Meise and Philipp Weber, who are responsible for the strategic direction of the company, particularly through M&A activities. AMS Technologies serves over 2,000 European customers in various technology sectors.
