Aicon akquires Breuckmann

Aicon 3D Systems took over 80 % of Breuckmann GmbH. Dr. Bernd Breuckmann, founder and former owner-manager who has retired from active business in April, still holds 20 % shares in the company. The brand Breuckmann GmbH will remain unchanged. AS a company speaker stated, for Aicon the future cooperation in development, production and sales will open a great opportunity for economic growth and profitability. Subsidiaries in Asia and America, global dealer networks and two convenient locations in Germany, Braunschweig in Lower Saxony and Meersburg in Baden-Wuerttemberg, offer further synergy potential.
