In addition to a modern laser laboratory, control components will also be assembled there in future. This expansion is a response to the increasing demand for high-precision positioning and automation solutions and strengthens Aerotech's delivery capability in Europe. The focus is on the assembly and testing of servo drives and motion controllers from the XA4 series in order to create more flexibility in production and stabilize supply chains.

David Holmes, COO of Aerotech, emphasizes that local assembly enables faster market response without compromising high quality standards. The building in Fürth supports future growth and is part of Aerotech's long-term investment strategy. In parallel, a laser laboratory will be set up as a European competence center for micro and precision material processing to offer customers the opportunity to test and further develop laser-based manufacturing processes.
