World's First 25 MP CMOS Pixel-shifting Industrial Camera

Vieworks introduced VN-25MX, a world's first 25 mega-pixel CMOS pixel-shifting industrial camera with CoaXPress interface. VN-25MX can extend the resolution up to 100 mega pixels by Vieworks' unique pixel-shifting mechanism which requires precise and delicate control of nano stage. VN-25MX uses 25 mega-pixel global shutter progressive scan CMOS sensor which has high speed and high image quality. Its CoaXPress interface provides high speed of image data transfer of up to 25 gigabits per second using 4 channels, or equivalently 72 frames per second at the resolution of 25 mega pixels.

It still provides high speed of 18 frames per second even at extremely high resolution of 100 mega pixels. Thus it meets the requirements of many applications in both resolution and speed, such as thin film transistor flat panel inspection, printed circuit board inspection, semiconductor inspection, microscopy, film scanning and 3D imaging.
