Wire-actuated encoders in a new series

At first glance, they differ primarily in their narrow design. In addition, the housing of the SL00 Basic series is made of highly stable plastic, while the models of the SL3000 (Premium) and SL0 (Compact) series have an anodized aluminum housing as standard. Draw-wire encoders from the SL00 series are available with measuring lengths of up to 10 meters. The measuring wire is coated with plastic, which offers greater protection against the effects of dirt and thus also increases the service life. SL00 Basic draw-wire encoders are usually installed inside systems or in another way, so that they are covered and protected, so their housing does not have to be as step- and shock-proof as that of the other two series Premium and Compact. Draw-wire encoders from the SL00 series are particularly light and, thanks to the narrow plastic housing, can also be installed in places that offer little space.
