Turn industrial robots into testing machines

The tool is attached to standardized connection plates (ISO 9409-1) and combines all the necessary components for robot-assisted image acquisition: CMOS camera, high-resolution lens, bright power LED ring light, digital lighting control.

RCAM is connected directly to the robot's path control (trigger, status, power supply) without any additional cabling. Digital lighting control precisely synchronizes flash lighting. During image recording, it generates precisely repeatable flash pulses down to 1 µs duration. This ensures blur-free images even with fast movements. Flash time and camera trigger are freely programmable with a resolution of 20ns. This simplifies the time-consuming synchronization of the flash lighting. The tool is configured via Industrial WLAN.

The four sectors of the LED ring lighting can be controlled in any order and combination with the capture tool, so that even difficult lighting setups or 3D lighting scenarios can be implemented.
