Torque flange series for large engines
Maintenance-free operation is possible thanks to the wireless, inductive power supply, which also realizes a measurement signal tap. The standard bandwidth of the measurement signal of 1 kHz can optionally be expanded up to 10 kHz. The system is robust against interference fields and can be used anywhere, even close to the electric motor.
The use of Manners digital sensor telemetry enables the measurement signals to be picked up from the rotor without any problems. The usual radial distances between rotor and stator of 10 mm and axial displacement paths of 100 mm can be implemented without any problems. Speed measurement can also be integrated as an option.
