Telecentric lenses for precise machine vision at a distance

With the ELD series, Vision & Control has developed new telecentric high-performance lenses that are designed for machine vision applications with a constant working distance of 600 mm.

These lenses offer high precision and are suitable for automated inspections under difficult conditions. The series comprises five models, including the TO112/15.4-600-V-ELD for larger object fields of 112 mm and the more compact TO78/16.0-600-V-ELD for 78 mm. Both models are designed for 1-inch sensors and offer distortion-free images even at large distances. They are suitable for applications in electronics manufacturing, battery production and medical technology. The large working distance makes installation easier, reduces mechanical influences and improves safety, especially in robot-assisted systems.
