System-on-Module supports the latest SoC FPGAs

The SoM integrates all the important functionalities in order to provide the computing kernel for a complete embedded system on which Linux or FreeRTOS runs, for example. The module is based on the Xilinx SoC 16 nm technology using Zynq Ultrascale + -ZU6 / ZU9 / ZU15.

The Miami MPSoC combines powerful and highly integrated programmable logic with dedicated hard IP blocks such as DSP cores, memory controllers and PCIe endpoints on a board from 70 mm by 68.4 mm. The connection with the base board is made by two high-quality connectors with 240 pins. The SoM is available for the commercial temperature range of 0 ° C ... +70 ° C as well as for the industrial temperature range of -40 ° C ... +85 ° C.
