Surface Inspection System for the Inspection of Paper, Metals and Nonwovens

The new line camera ELSIS OL 52 from Erhardt+Leimer is yet another addition to the large variety of inspection cameras for web-type materials. This camera has 4096 pixels and a scanning frequency of 12 kHz. The new web inspection system offers interesting problem solutions at reasonable prices.

With the new classification software ELSIS Classifier 2 more types of different defects can be clearly distinguished between. This software is used for the inspection of paper, nonwovens and metals. Special algorithms to better detect uneven coating results are already part of the software.

ELSIS Classifier 2 does not just detect defects. The software also allows to draw conclusions as to why the defects occurred in production and assists the operator in process optimization.
.
Erhardt+Leimer has a wide range of different cameras and lighting systems at its disposal for quality control on all processes where web-type materials are being produced and processed. Erhardt + Leimer focuses on system solutions, software adaptation and tailored mechanical and electrical system integration with special attention being paid to existing machines and production lines.
