Stainless steel linear units for the food industry

The standard axis is available in two sizes under the designation LDMB 50 and LDMB 80. In terms of its performance, it is comparable to an aluminum axis - in terms of dimensions, load ratings and feed forces as well as movement and positioning accuracy.

The company offers the stainless steel units in various carriage lengths and designs, with stroke lengths from 100 mm to 2500 mm and a payload of up to 50 kg. The repeat accuracy is up to 0.1 mm, the highest speed is 4 m / s and the maximum acceleration is 50 m / s². You achieve a positioning accuracy of approx. 0.05 mm.

In addition to the food environment, the stainless steel units are also used in the packaging, chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as in laboratories or in applications with particularly aggressive media.
