Rotor, ball screw and nut directly integrated

The actuators of the new DR series are available in different versions: They are available in the standard version and alternatively with a linear table or with side guides. All three variants offer users flexible application options and require less space for installation. Thanks to their numerous optimizations, the linear actuators of the DR series from Oriental Motor are optimally suited for applications where every centimeter of space is important and which at the same time require high accuracy.

What is new about the DR series is its optimised, particularly compact design: the actuators are characterized by a reduced overall length and less installation effort. Because with the optimized linear actuators from Oriental Motor, the rotor, ball screw and nut are directly integrated without a coupling. The ball bearings rest on the outside of the ball nut. Their large diameter ensures that the overall length of the actuators is significantly reduced.
