Rack and pinion drives and positioning units for the packaging industry

The Lifgo and Lean SL rack and pinion screw jacks are new to the manufacturer's product range. Lifgo rack and pinion drives are characterized by a four-fold roller guide and therefore perform highly precise linear movements. They also meet the highest demands in terms of synchronicity and speed (lifting speed: 3 m / s). The lifgo gearboxes are available in various designs with lifting forces from 2,000 to 25,000 N.

Lean SL rack and pinion drives have a rack with a large diameter and wide toothing and are therefore particularly rigid. The lean SL gearboxes offer lifting forces of 300 to 25,000 N and reach a lifting speed of up to 0.6 m / s. Both the lifgo and the lean SL gear units are available in numerous designs - e. B. for applications with long travels or with gripping, closing and centering movements. The gearboxes are manufactured in a modular system and can therefore be freely combined with one another.
