The M100PFS SoM supports four powerful 64-bit RISC-V cores and offers a wide range of options for real-time capable or safety-critical applications. It offers long-term availability, thermal efficiency and safety for the highest demands.

The SoM can deliver 4K video data especially for smart embedded vision applications, and the low heat development enables the use of a large number of image sensors. The low power dissipation extends battery life and enables passive cooling of the system. The module offers an IP reference design, a customized zero-stage boot loader, U-Boot as a generic boot loader, and Linux with Yocto support and Hart Software Services (HSS).
