NeuroCheck Machine Vision Software: New Version 6.0 Available
NeuroCheck machine vision software is used in mission-critical inspection systems for real-time quality control on the production line. NeuroCheck 6.0 represents the culmination of 5 years of development for a brand new version of the machine vision software. The new .NET version is a result of dynamic evolution and intensive development, for the user the new software offers significantly improved capabilities for integration into networked manufacturing facilities and for visualising the inspection processes in automatic mode as well as many dramatic improvements.
The new version utilises the latest software technology to provide a modern platform for machine vision integration. All in all more than 2,000 suggestions from customers and business partners were collected, systematically evaluated and implemented in the new software version. In addition, the image processing algorithms have been thoroughly revised, not least to keep abreast of the growing importance of high resolution digital color cameras. Every machine vision function within the software has been reviewed, revised and updated.
Radical development of the automatic mode of operation has lead to custom and standard visualization tools for comprehensive process view graphical user interfaces. This includes the support of standard off-the-shelf control panel designs plus a built in control panel designer interface for rapid deployment of operator friendly machine vision solutions. The software also takes advantage of modern CPU architecture by offering multi-threading capability as standard.
Process communication has also been improved to take advantage of modern process control options including Industrial Ethernet, Standard Ethernet, Fieldbus and SQL databases. A number of integrated communication interfaces guarantees quick and flexible integration into networked manufacturing environments. NeuroCheck 6.0 also includes powerful software interfaces to enable customers to extend the available software options as required. The new software can run under Windows XP and Windows Vista.
