Multisensor Coordinate Measuring Machines
Back in 2005, Werth Messtechnik presented the world’s first multisensor coordinate measuring machine with computer tomography sensors (CT), the Werth TomoScope. With the integration of CT sensors in a mechanically and thermally stable coordinate measuring machine, internal and external features of a component can be determined in a short time with high precision. It is therefore suitable for rapid initial sample production, for example, and also for production monitoring.
