MST Vision: Quality Assurance System PS Advanced

This separates texture and topography, enabling the analysis of surfaces with complex structures. A special feature of the system is its encoder-based motion compensation. It reduces motion artifacts at up to 100 parts per second through hardware implementation, without the need for software-based compensation methods on the CPU. The system uses 10 GigE/RDMA camera technology and GPU-based calculations of the three-dimensional height map, which reduces the load on the CPU. The GenICam interface allows the system to be integrated independently of specific software, opening up a range of possible applications for integrators. PS Advanced is therefore an open solution that can be integrated into existing systems.
