The most important features include a high-resolution multi-camera system for different inspection tasks, an exchangeable part holder for inspecting different types of components, a good part marking unit, an extensive visualization system based on Senswork Vision Commander, options for connecting to customer-specific MES, handling systems or robots for automatic component loading.

The parts pick-up enables quick conversion to new component types in less than five minutes. The test time per component is around two to four seconds, depending on the complexity of the measurement task. The camera system offers resolutions of up to 50 megapixels and a spatial resolution of up to 1 micrometer. 2D and 3D can be optionally combined.
