With a resolution of 9,072 pixels and line rates of up to 600 kHz, it is used for inspecting semiconductors, pressure testing and web inspection. The camera captures even small deviations without distortion. Its TDI function with 256 levels improves image quality through repeated exposures and motion compensation, especially in low light and at high speed. The back-illuminated CMOS sensor with two light-sensitive areas improves sensitivity and the signal-to-noise ratio. A temperature-stabilized Peltier element sensor ensures consistent image quality and reproducibility, even in changing temperatures. The camera is easy to integrate thanks to its robust housing and flexible thermal design, and offers data transmission via the CLHS interface.
