This parallel kinematic system offers six precisely controllable degrees of freedom and has been specially developed for precision-critical applications. With a repeatability of ±0.05 µm and an increment of 50 nm, the H-815 is ideal for lens mounting, optical component alignment and inspection processes. The Hexapod is compact, robust and can be easily integrated into existing systems.

It has integrated brakes and SIL 3 safety standards, which ensures a high level of process reliability. The C-887.4xx1 motion controller and PIMikroMove software enable simple and precise control. An optional EtherCAT interface and high-resolution analog inputs extend the range of applications in industrial automation.
