High-Resolution Line Scan Camera Detects Defects on and below the Surface

This high resolution line scan camera provides spectrally independent RGB and NIR outputs and detects defects on and below the surface of many materials, components and products.

The multispectral camera uses the 8k quad linear CMOS sensor with a pixel size of 5x5 μm and delivers a maximum line rate of 70 kHz x 4 via a CLHS fibre optic interface. It also has integrated SFP+ transceivers that convert electrical signals into optical signals and can be connected to fibre optic cables via LC connectors.
