It is suitable for applications such as eye tracking, gesture recognition and context awareness in AR/VR/ MR headsets , object recognition in robots and 3D depth sensing for face recognition in smart door locks.

The Mira050 is designed to combine powerful technology with numerous ultra- low power features in a compact sensor. Even with full resolution and a frame rate of 120 fps , the power consumption is only 47 mW and even in standby mode the power consumption is very low at 60 µW.
