Embedded Vision Systems for all applications

Since 1996, Vision Components has been providing Embedded Systems for all kinds of imaging applications. The compact systems are ideally suited for applications where space is at premium and convince with their high flexibility, since all camera models are freely programmable. The high performance capability combined with low power consumption makes them first choice for example in robotics or in self-sufficient systems. Additionally, Vision Components offers several software tools, like the VC Smart Reader for decoding barcodes, DMC etc. and also customized OEM solutions, like the intelligent FPGA programming of the Z camera series, which are based on the Xilinx Zynq SoC module and allow for huge performance gains.

Primarily designed for ITS applications are the Carrida modules: an ALPR software engine that can be combined with the Carrida CAMs (with/without protective housing), the IR area lighting VC FLASH and the Q-Board, which can transform already existing units into Smart ALPR Systems.
