Check tires in 55 seconds

The Zeiss Intact 1360-X makes separations and air inclusions, and often also foreign body inclusions in the tyre, visible that cannot be detected or can only be detected with difficulty using X-ray methods. Only 55 seconds are required to inspect a complete tire from bead to bead, including loading and unloading.

Zeiss achieved these test times e.g. through the use of innovative sensor technology with ten high-resolution, simultaneously working measuring heads. This made it possible to reduce axle movements and the number of test cycles for detecting defects on the tire tread and sidewalls. In addition, the motors bring the maintenance-free cameras into the desired position faster than before.

All Zeiss Intact systems are equipped with tire size detection as standard. This ensures automatic positioning of the measuring heads and thus an increase in performance. The test results obtained can be safely evaluated and used with the installed software.
