Center thickness measurement with triple measuring speed

For all variants that work with a test wavelength of 1.3 µm, this received a comprehensive upgrade to optimize data acquisition and the communication interface. At the same time, all OptiSurf systems received new software. It enables more intuitive operation and a very long-term programming environment for customer-specific applications.

LensGage accessory module is also new. It allows the center thickness to be measured without knowledge of the material with a measurement accuracy of 1.5 µm. Furthermore, for production control, it determines the group refractive index of individual lenses with a precision of ~10-4 — e.g. B. in critical manufacturing processes such as injection molding.
