Following the successful launch of the first Pregius-S cameras in 2020, Ximea is continuing the series with models based on the IMX545, IMX546, IMX547 and other sensors of this generation. These sensors use a pixel size of 2.74 µm and BSI technology, which enables more cost-effective optics and compact system dimensions. Despite the small size, the image quality remains high, with high quantum efficiency, low noise and a dynamic range above 70 dB. All sensors offer global shutter readout, ideal for scientific applications and fast movements. There are also high-speed equivalent models such as IMX535, IMX536, IMX537, which increase the frame rate and offer new functions. Ximea integrates the sensors in a housing measuring 26 x 26 x 33 mm and 38 grams, with 10 Gbit/s bandwidth and low power consumption. The sensors use USB3 and PCIe for easy synchronization of multiple cameras.
