Automation with cycloid gears

Thanks to their high precision (hysteresis loss 0.5 to max. 1 arcmin) and rigidity, the gears ensure precisely executed movements and thus guarantee precise positioning of components, workpieces and tools - even with high acceleration torques, large loads or in hygiene-critical environments. Assembly and handling applications, loading and unloading systems as well as pick-and-place applications also benefit from the high shock resistance (up to 500% of the nominal torque), the compact design and the long service life of the gears.

With solutions such as the modular servo gearboxes of the Neco series, the dynamic hollow shaft gearboxes of the RD-C series and the robust rotary tables of the RS series, Nabtesco has solutions on offer. Small and medium-sized companies - for example from the electric mobility (battery production, body construction, electric motor production), medical technology, packaging technology or logistics - are able to build their own robotics-like systems with little effort and without special expert knowledge and to advance their automation.
