The camera is ideal for adaptive optics, quantum research and super-resolution microscopy. With a high resolution of 9.4 megapixels and an image resolution of 4096 × 2304 pixels, it delivers razor-sharp images. It offers an exceptional quantum efficiency of 85 % at 460 nm and minimal readout noise of 0.3 electrons rms.

The dynamic range of 23,000:1 enables detailed images under different lighting conditions. New features such as the additional Camera Link output improve data transfer flexibility. The camera supports CoaXPress and USB 3.1 and offers both air and water cooling options for reliable temperature control. The Orca-Quest IQ continues the innovative line of photon-counting qCMOS cameras.
