TKD Kabel relies on practical and internationally oriented training to secure skilled workers

The company involves trainees and dual students in real processes from day one, for example in the development of industry-specific cables and wires, distribution via the logistics center in Nettetal or the further development of the customer portal. Instead of rotating training stations, the junior employees work in the day-to-day business, take on specific tasks and bear responsibility in the team.
In addition to technical content, tkd kabel emphasizes personal initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and personal development. Training is provided in wholesale and foreign trade management, warehouse logistics and IT for system integration, supplemented by dual courses of study in business administration and industrial engineering. Another focus is on international experience: Erasmus+ enables trainees to spend several weeks working in European sister companies, get to know international structures and build up intercultural skills. tkd kabel currently employs four trainees and three dual students.
