Phytec builds Technology Campus

Phytec celebrates the laying of the foundation stone for the first two buildings of the Phytec Technology Campus. In the summer of 2019, Phytec intends to move into the new premises, which offer the employees of the innovative microelectronics manufacturer an optimal working environment and 10,000 m² of space for further growth.

A new building was unavoidable for Phytec: since the company was founded in 1986, the company has grown steadily and now has around 270 employees at its location in Mainz-Hechtsheim. Numerous buildings around were leased for the electronics production and the offices. Meanwhile, all possibilities are exhausted. Since the beginning of 2018 alone, 48 employees and 12 apprentices have been hired - and numerous jobs are still open, whether in development, project management and sales or in production.
