Photonfocus Refines Its Brand Identity for Application-Specific Machine Vision Cameras
The company is using its 25th anniversary as an opportunity to reposition itself with a modernized brand identity and a new website
The focus is increasingly on application-specific camera solutions for demanding industrial image processing. Since 2001, the company has evolved from a specialist in CMOS image sensors and industrial cameras into a provider of modular, configurable camera platforms that bridge the gap between standard cameras and fully custom designs.
The new website organizes the product portfolio by industry, application, camera type, and product series, and gives greater prominence to technical resources, support, and lifecycle services. Photonfocus serves applications in sectors including agriculture, automotive and food production, rail and road transportation, sports, and the steel industry. The technology portfolio includes CMOS, HDR, and Linlog imaging; high-speed imaging; laser triangulation; Scheimpflug, UV, NIR, and SWIR imaging; hyperspectral imaging; embedded vision; and 3D vision.
