Nanosystec becomes part of Addtech

- Effective November 5, 2024, the Swedish industrial group Addtech acquired the German manufacturer Nanosystec GmbH
Nanosystec develops, produces and sells production equipment for the manufacturers of precision electronics and mechanics to customers in the data communications, medical technology, automotive and semiconductor industries worldwide. The company has twenty employees, a turnover of approximately 7.8 million euros and is headquartered outside Frankfurt, Germany.
The industrial group Addtech AB is listed on the Stockholm stock exchange and comprises more than 150 independently operating companies in twenty countries. These offer high-tech products and solutions primarily in the automation, electrification and production technology – with a focus on long-term sustainable growth.

Nanosystec designs and builds high-precision assembly and test stations. These use accurate motion control and joining techniques such as precision laser welding, laser soldering and micro gluing with UV curing. Precision cutting and fine balancing complete the portfolio. The systems are used worldwide in opto-electronics and medical applications, automotive industry and aerospace.
