The Lenze Group has been recognized as a Top Employer in Germany by the independent Top Employers Institute for the 20th year in a row
As a family-owned company, Lenze places a high value on its responsibility towards its employees and the continuous adaptation and improvement of working conditions. Olaf Petersen, Vice President HR People Development & Culture, emphasizes the importance of this award and the annual use of the Top Employers Institute's results as a benchmark for improvements. The institute assesses companies on the basis of an extensive HR best practices questionnaire that covers areas such as HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training and diversity.
Lenze was able to improve in particular in the areas of digital HR, people strategy and sustainability. The digitalization and simplification of HR processes as well as the introduction of a global sustainability strategy are central achievements of the company. The Top Employers Institute has recognized over 2,400 top employers in 125 countries worldwide.
