Lapp issues digital authorization seals
Lapp is expanding its digital service portfolio and providing authorized distributors with a verifiable online seal from authorized.by.
The aim is to create more transparency in industrial purchasing through verified sources of supply and to reduce risks in globalized, digital supply chains.
Authorized.by, part of the TÜV Saarland Group, offers a digital real-time seal of approval that is integrated directly into websites, marketplaces and online stores. It takes just one click to check whether a provider is an officially authorized partner. Verification is carried out via a centrally maintained, tamper-proof database.
For technical buyers, this means simplified identification of authorized distribution partners and a reduced risk of switching to unauthorized or counterfeit suppliers. Distributors can make their authorization visible, sharpen their positioning in the market and benefit from better findability in digital search and comparison processes. Lapp is thus strengthening its digital focus and supporting companies in securing their procurement processes.
