Thermal imaging camera Flir T450sc for R&D

Many R&D professionals are opting for a portable thermal imaging camera that they can take with them from experiment to experiment. For these users Flir Systems now markets a new uncooled thermal imaging camera: The Flir T450sc. Along with the software Flir ResearchIR it is the perfect tool for industrial R&D. Flir ResearchIR was especially developed for R&D-Science users and allows high speed recording and advanced thermal patterns analysis.

The Flir T450sc measures temperature at the high accuracy of +/- 1oC or +/- 1% which is necessary in an R&D environment. It contains the Flir "industry first" feature MSX which produces extremely detail rich thermal images by providing better texture in the thermal images. The T450sc contains a maintenance-free uncooled Vanadium Oxide (VoX) micro-bolometer detector that produces crisp thermal images of 320 x 240 pixels. It makes temperature differences as small as 40 mK clearly visible and it incorporates a 3.1 Megapixel digital camera.
