The QM Fit is a compact, intuitive vision measuring system designed for rapid optical dimensional inspection, utilizing automatic part and geometry recognition to start measurements immediately after the workpiece is placed on the system.

At the heart of the system is an intelligent Smart Vision concept: known workpieces are automatically recognized, measurement features are identified, and appropriate measurement routines are initiated automatically. Even unknown components can be captured with a single keystroke through automatic geometry recognition of circles, lines, and radii. This allows the system to be used immediately without lengthy training.

Features such as marker technology for easy selection of measurement areas and the Caliper Snap function for precise measurement along edges further simplify operation and reduce typical user errors. Recurring measurement sequences can be saved and used for series inspections—regardless of the exact component position. The QM Fit features an integrated computer, a large-format touchscreen, and automatic digital axis alignment. With a footprint of just 366 x 407 mm and a weight of 25 kg, it can be used flexibly, even directly on the production floor. A 20-megapixel color camera with up to 100x magnification and flexible LED lighting ensure detailed, documentable measurement results.
