It enables reliable monitoring of machining processes – even under challenging conditions. This rugged system is resistant to water, oil, and debris, ensuring a consistently clear view into the interior of the machine.

The Rotary Wiper combines camera, lens, and housing in a compact unit. The front sapphire glass is scratch-resistant and features a special coating that effectively repels moisture, oil, and dirt. The glass is set into rotation using compressed air, while particles are simultaneously blown away from the outside. This keeps the view unobstructed – even in environments with heavy splash water or contamination.

CNC machines often contain areas that are difficult to access visually – and this is where the Rotary Wiper excels. Thanks to high-resolution real-time imaging, potential issues such as chip accumulation can be detected early. This helps prevent damage to equipment and avoid costly downtime. Continuous monitoring during operation eliminates the need to stop machines for inspections. This increases productivity, reduces the risk of failure, and ensures smooth and uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
