High Speed Video System for Process Analysis

Promon Scope, the compact high speed video system from AOS makes simple and fast recordings of industrial processes possible without prior training. Record up to 1.000 pictures/second for up to 40 minutes.

To keep things as simple as possible, promon scope can be operated using intuitive touchscreen controls, as well as being supplied as a complete system: all necessary accessories such as clamp mount and LED light are integral components of the outfit. All this is accommodated in a robust carrying case. Typical applications include pinpointing causes of malfunction, capturing critical manufacturing processes, significantly reducing discussions by providing unambiguous proof of actions, as well as documenting processes and conditions (condition monitoring).

Particular applications include food processing, beverage filling, converting of packaging items as well as processing of tablets and pills. All these benefit from the large recording capacity and data capture - not possible with any other device.
