Complete 3D solution with uniform software
The software enables the parameterisation of the sensors, but also the acquisition of the measurement data. The tool palette ranges from the alignment of the point clouds to calculation programs for distance, height, angle and radius, as well as an easy output option to the PLC and subsequent further processing of the measurement data.
The 3D software package from Micro-Epsilon is compatible with the Surface Control 3D sensors. These are used for fast 3D measurement and inspection of diffusely reflecting surfaces such as metal, plastic or ceramics.
The Reflect Control sensor was designed for 3D measurements on reflective and shiny surfaces. The sensor can be used for micrometre-precise measurements stationary for monitoring the production line or for inline inspection, for example on a robot.
