Vision for the Future

New members of Basler’s popular A600 family will be presented at the VISION 2005. The A631f/fc and A641f/fc are based on 1.45 and 2M CCD sensors respectively. At full resolution, the A631 runs at nearly 19 frames per second (fps) and the A641 at 14 fps. With a housing size comparable to a typical analogue camera, these new models represent another step forward in the “Analogue Goes Digital” trend. The new cameras are the first to include CCD sensors in an A600 style housing. As with many other Basler cameras, the maximum frame rate can be increased by using the area of interest (AOI) feature.
