Excelitas Technologies acquires German camera manufacturer PCO

Excelitas has fully acquired Kelheim-based PCO AG with effect from September 3, 2021. The company was founded in 1987 by Dr. Emil Ott, who has now sold 100 percent of the shares to Excelitas.
