Rauscher GmbH with changed company structure
Responsibilities reorganized after the death of the company founder
Following the unexpected death of company founder Ernst Rauscher in November 2020, the management and shareholder structure of the supplier of hardware and software components for industrial and scientific machine vision has now been reorganized. Raoul Kimmelmann, who had already been working alongside Ernst Rauscher as managing director since 2013, will lead the company together with Thomas Miller as additional managing director.
Miller has had overall responsibility for technology, application and support at the company since 2006. He is also one of the four nephews of the company founder who make up the Rauscher community of heirs. As the fifth shareholder, Kimmelmann also has an equal share in the company with immediate effect.
"In the almost four decades under his [Ernst Rauscher's] leadership, the company has developed excellently and has become a firm, recognized force in machine vision. Continuing the positive development of Rauscher GmbH successfully in the future is our primary goal. As a management team with many years of proven experience, we stand for experience and continuity for our customers, suppliers, business partners and employees. Rauscher GmbH is and will continue to be a reliable partner for the development of powerful machine vision systems and the selection of the optimal components and technologies for this purpose," explains the managing director duo Kimmelmann and Miller.
