The new two-story building at Precitec's headquarters in Gaggenau has a total area of 5,000 square meters and will house the entire production of laser cutting and welding heads, a customer center and office space starting next summer.

The second floor will house production and logistics. A good part of this, around 1,600 square meters, is intended for cleanroom production, for example of optical systems for laser cutting and welding.

Heat and electricity will be generated in the new building by a photovoltaic system and a combined heat and power plant. The company is also installing charging stations for electric cars.
