Creaform opens new repair center
Creaform has opened a new 660 square meter repair center in France
Creaform's new repair center is very close to its French subsidiary in Fontaine (near Grenoble). This venture is intended to send a strong signal of independence to the Creaform community in the EMEA region: Creaform can now draw on solid calibration and acceptance results and carry out repairs for the entire Creaform portfolio here in Europe.

With the new center, the company wants to reduce the duration of the repair process, especially with regard to shipping overseas. Partners and end customers in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) can now benefit from a local service that reduces the occasional shipping of their products to Creaform's headquarters in Lévis (Québec), Canada. This leads to optimization of processing costs and better control over the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. In addition, Creaform systems are being shipped from India to the repair center, where they are managed and processed, instead of being sent to Canada as was previously the case.
With ISO 9001 (July 2022) and ISO 17025 (December 2022) certifications, this new center can perform on-site calibration and acceptance testing for all quality control systems and products across the Creaform portfolio. In the future, all repairs will be carried out with the same level of service as at Creaform's headquarters.
