Creaform invests in service centers

17.10.2023 - Creaform has inaugurated several new local service centers and is already planning to open more by the end of the year.

Creaform wants to invest in state-of-the-art customer service centers. Several centers are already operational and more openings will follow soon. This initiative exemplifies the company's unwavering commitment to providing unparalleled support to customers worldwide.

So far this year, Creaform has opened eight new service centers: in Korea, in Thailand, in Brazil, in Mexico, in Taiwan in cooperation with the company General Integration Technology Co., Ltd. (GIT), in Indonesia in collaboration with the company PT. Global Digital Form, in Turkey in collaboration with the company MEGA Danışmanlık Temsilcilik Dış Tic. A.Ş and in the United Kingdom, in collaboration with the company Measurement Solutions Limited. The international company also plans to open additional centers in Malaysia, Israel, Australia, India, Singapore, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam. With these eight additional service centers targeted for 2023 and early 2024, there will be a total of 16 countries.

These new service centers are intended to improve customers' experience and streamline their workflows. They specialize in a comprehensive range of services including hardware and software support, calibration, diagnostics, logistics and the provision of consumables. They offer services and support in multiple languages ​​so customers are guaranteed to get the most out of their products and solutions. The geographical proximity of these centers ensures faster service and lower shipping costs.
